This project employs DNA affinity purification sequencing (DAP-seq) to identify the genome-wide binding sites of the PtARN transcription factor in Chinese pine (Pinus tabuliformis). The DAP-seq assay was performed using genomic DNA isolated from two-year-old shoot tissues. This dataset elucidates the direct DNA-binding landscape of PtARN.
