RNA-seq data of liver samples from microRNA-30 knockout mice and wide-type mice

The microRNA-30c plays significant roles in various pathological processes, including cardiovascular diseases, metabolic disorders, and cancer development. Recent research has identified that miR-30c targets and regulates the secretion of Apolipoprotein B (APOB) and lipid synthesis, highlighting its critical role in lipid metabolism. In this study, we initially utilized gene knockout technology to create miR-30c knockout (KO) mice. By comparing these KO mice with wild-type (WT) mice, we assessed differences in growth and development, with a particular focus on alterations in lipid metabolism biochemical markers.
