This study involves type 2 diabetic individuals undergoing antidiabetic treatment. among these individuals a group of patients were given glutathione supplementation along with antidiabetic treatment for six months. Fecal samples were collected before and after supplementation of glutathione and further proceed for metagenomic sequencing.
