In this study we want to map the gene expression profile of hepatic myeloid cells, either Ly6C+CD40+ and Ly6C+CD40 neg cells after CpG application, to Kupffer cells out of livers treated with non-CpG. This comparison will reveal transcriptional signature that is induced by the application of CpG. Overall design: NUMBER of three to four biological replicates were used for analysis
