This series is mostly comprised of NSW Government Gazette notifications pasted into blank guard books. The notifications are in relation to land available under various types of tenures in the land district of Albury. Some of the tenures include improvement leases, auction sales, sales of leases after auction, closer settlement leases, and suburban holdings.The volume also includes copies of posters showing land available, and lists of unnumbered conflicting applications for land.
