scRNAseq of aqueous immune cells in human uveitis

We profiled using single cell RNA sequencing the immune cells of the aqueous humor from patients with uveitis. Overall design: We sampled 100-200 ul of the inflamed anterior chamber fluid using a 25- to 30-gauge needle. We pelleted cells by centrifugation (400 x g, 5 min) to remove the aqueous fluid and cryopreserved cells in fetal bovine serum containing 10% DMSO. To profile cells by single cell RNA sequencing, we used the 10x Genomics 5'v2 gene expression kit.
