Pre-trained soil-property models for the autoSpectra R package: Cubist + PCA(120) models replicating Safanelli et al. (2025) and masked soilVAE models that accept partial-coverage instruments, for VisNIR (350-2500 nm) and MIR (600-4000 cm-1) spectra, trained on the Open Soil Spectral Library v1.2. Properties: organic carbon, total nitrogen, pH (H2O) and clay. The archives contain model parameters and aggregate statistics only; no OSSL training data is redistributed. Download them with autoSpectra::download_ossl_models().
