Supporting data for "How Chinese Judges Think: Decision Making in Grassroots Courts of Guangdong Province"

This data set includes the questionnaire on Adjudication Power in Judicial Reform of China, and the statistics of responses from 249 interviewees. This questionnaire aims to inquiry into three sample courts staff’s opinions regarding practice, supervision, management of adjudication power and their attitude towards judicial reform.This fieldwork was conducted in the period of 2019-2020 and does not reflect the change of opinions after this period.
