This series consists of a single deed to transfer the stock, works and land of the Sydney Railway Company to the Commissioners for Railways, and to indemnify the Sydney Railway Company against debts and liabilities. This document was prepared by Mr Billyard, Civil Crown Solicitor on 3 September 1855 and received in the Office for Registry of Deeds on 28 September 1855.
