13F Institutional Holdings Dataset (SEC EDGAR)
收藏资源简介:
A structured, ready-to-analyze snapshot of institutional 13F filings covering 13,118 investment managers — hedge funds, mutual fund families, pension funds, banks, and family offices — built from raw SEC Form 13F data on EDGAR. Each row is one manager's most recently disclosed quarter: total portfolio value, position count, and five behavioral scores (concentration, turnover, momentum/contrarian tilt, sector conviction, diversification) computed from their actual holdings. What's a 13F filing? Any institutional investment manager with at least $100M in qualifying U.S. equity assets under management must file Form 13F with the SEC every quarter, disclosing its long equity positions. Columns: cik, institution_name, category, manager_name, latest_period_of_report, total_value_usd, total_holdings_count, concentration_score, turnover_score, momentum_contrarian_score, sector_conviction_score, diversification_score, position_sizing_discipline_score. Data source & live updates: Derived directly from SEC Form 13F filings on SEC EDGAR. For the full, continuously-updated version — quarter-over-quarter position changes, individual stock-level holdings, and interactive charts for any of these 13,000+ managers — see the live hub: AlphaSMO 13F Institutional Holdings Tracker.
