Dataset for personalized, data-driven prediction and assessment of Infection related outcomes in Swiss ICUs

The IICU dataset includes multiple data types including administrative records, demographic information, ICU monitor time series data, routine clinical data, laboratory and microbiological results, medication records, clinical outcomes, and various omics datasets collected from intensive care unit patients.
