This series consists of copies of circulars issued from the Premiers Department. The circulars cover a range of subjects, and were generally sent to groups such as Ministers or Department Heads.
These are original copies of the Governor's Proclamations and in many cases bear his signature and seal. The four pages which have been filmed are of the Proclamation of 20 December 1825 notifying the
