资源简介:
We conducted a study to examine the use of off-channel and dredge spoil habitats by migrating juvenile salmonids in the Columbia River Estuary. In addition to the equipment deployed to detect transmitters implanted in juvenile salmonids for this study, a subset of the deployed gear included 69 kHz acoustic telemetry receivers. These receivers opportunistically monitored movements of acoustic-tagged fish carrying 69 kHz transmitters that had been implanted as part of monitoring efforts conducted by another agency, independent of this study. . The dataset includes three tables: Receiver Location Data – Locations of telemetry receiver sites. Tag Detection Data – Date and time of tag detections as fish moved through the river. Beacon Detection Data – Date and time of beacon detections from integrated beacons present on acoustic receivers.
