Plasma untargeted metabolomics data of male and female rats under 8:2 FTOH exposure

We previously found that 8:2 FTOH overactivates AHR and results in abnormal mitochondrial metabolism. To study the role of AHR overactivation in vivo, male and female Wistar rats were administered different concentrations of 8:2 FTOH by gavage for 28 days. At the end of the treatment, plasma was collected for broadly targeted metabolomics and lipid metabolomics analysis.
