资源简介:
The animal gut is a complex ecosystem that is home to a rich and diverse range of microorganisms. A growing number of studies have shown that gut microbiota have an important influence on nutrient digestion and absorption, energy metabolic balance, immune defence and behaviour, and are an important feature of adaptive animal evolution, closely related to habitat and food resources. In this study, Fibrobacterota and Bacteroidota were found to be the dominant phylum of Gut bacteria in black-capped Capuchins, and the dominant families were Prevotellaceae, Rikenellaceae, Lachnospiraceae and Oscillospiraceae, and the dominant genera were Prevotella, Rikenellaceae_RC9_gut_group and Prevotellaceae_UCG-001, but there were intergroup differences in the dominant families and genera, which were closely related to the feeding environment and conditions of black-capped Capuchins.
