Arabidopsis thaliana breed:Col-0 Raw sequence reads

These fastq files contain reads from populations used to isolate EMS induced mutants that with aberrant DR5::Luc expression pattern. We selfed a heterozygous plant to create segregating populations that were used for mapping, and later, for testing a mapping pipeline. The pipeline accepts reads for bulked segregant analysis from wild-type and mutant DNA and produce information (tables and a plot) to map the causal mutation.
