XP-EHH genome-scan dataset of Juglans regia (South Asia vs. five derived populations)

This dataset contains normalized XP-EHH genome-scan results for all chromosomes (chr1–chr16) of Juglans regia, comparing South Asia (source population) with five derived groups (East Asia, Central Asia, West Asia, Europe, and Tibet). Each file (*.xpehh.out.norm) includes the normalized XP-EHH statistics calculated using selscan v2.0.3, following the methods described in our manuscript.The dataset accompanies the study “Resolving sampling and population-size biases in domestication genomics supports a South Asian origin of walnuts” (submitted to Genome Biology).
