Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of 16 GCTB tissue samples, 7 GCTB cell lines, 3 chondroblastomas, 3 aneurysmal bone cysts, 3 non-ossifying fibromas, 2 hyperparathyroidism-associated brown tumours, 5 mesenchymal stem cell samples, 6 osteoblast samples. The Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip arrays were used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 850,000 CpGs. Overall design: Bisulphite converted DNA from the 45 samples were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChips
