High-throughput profiling of base editor activity

Base editors are valuable tools for genome editing, but in-depth characterization of base editors is currently limited by a lack of large-scale gRNA activity datasets. Here, we performed a genome-scale screen to measure gRNA activity for CBE and ABE base editors in human cells.
