1、数据采集：依据中医药理论结合肢体、筋骨损伤的诱因及其症状、中药材药性药味及主治功能等，采集药材品种、药材用量、加工工序、工艺名称、处理方式、工艺指标、工艺参数、实验结果等。 2、数据处理： （1）对不同配方、工艺所得制剂进行抗炎、镇痛、消肿等药效学、安全性及临床等实验验证，经数据清洗（如剔除误差）与分析（如主成分分析法等），形成配方数据集，获得药材品种、药材用量、加工工序、处理方式、工艺名称、工艺指标、工艺参数等。 （2）基于临床应用试验，经数据清洗、统计及分析等，形成临床应用试验数据集，获得给药次数、给药剂量、有效率等。 3、数据应用：该数据集适用于肢体、筋骨损伤治疗药物研发、生产、临床治疗方案制定的场景，有利于提高制剂生产效率，确保制剂质量，预测临床疗效。

Data Processing: (1) Conduct pharmacodynamic (anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-swelling effects, etc.), safety and clinical experimental validation on preparations derived from different formulas and processes. After data cleaning (e.g., removing errors) and analysis (e.g., Principal Component Analysis (PCA), etc.), establish a formulation dataset, and obtain varieties of medicinal materials, their dosages, processing procedures, treatment methods, process names, process indicators, process parameters, etc. (2) Based on clinical application trials, after data cleaning, statistics and analysis, etc., establish a clinical application trial dataset, and obtain administration frequency, administration dosage, effective rate, etc. 3. Data Application: This dataset is applicable to scenarios including drug R&D, production and clinical treatment plan formulation for the treatment of limb and musculoskeletal injuries, which helps improve the production efficiency of preparations, ensure the quality of preparations, and predict clinical efficacy.
