Single-cell analysis of stromal AR deletion on the progression of mouse prostate tumors induced by hormonal carcinogenesis

Using the single-cell sequencing technology, the authors aim to make a globally construction of single-cell cell atlases comparing mouse prostate tumors induced by T+E2 treatment between the wildtype background and the stromal-AR-deletion background. Overall design: Adult mice of two genotypes were treated with T+E2 for 8 months and their prostate cells were captured and analyzed using the 10× Chromium platform. Adult mice of two genotypes were tamoxifen-induced and waited for 12 months before their prostate cells were captured and analyzed using the 10× Chromium platform.
