资源简介:
This study (Q48) is one of a series of studies performed in the Szechtman lab at McMaster University and deposited in the FRDR public repository as a collection under the name "A Digital Library of Behavioural Performance in Standardized Conditions - Szechtman Lab Collection". This collection as a whole constitutes a big dataset containing RAWDATA objects (video, track, path plot and EthoVision files) of rats exploring for 55 minutes a large testing environment in a standardized paradigm during chronic treatment with psychostimulant drugs; for details of this big dataset see, https://www.frdr-dfdr.ca/repo/collection/szechtmanlab. The historical context for study Q48 was Project_11 entitled: "Probing for biological markers of the pathogenesis of compulsive checking". The particular question investigated in Q48 was whether the developments of compulsive checking and locomotor sensitization were accompanied by changes in gene expression and microbiome composition. Findings of gut microbiota changes during induction of compulsive checking and sensitization to quinpirole had been published (https://doi.org/10.1097/FBP.0000000000000363). Results of mRNA expression were inconclusive and not published; raw data are included in sub-folder 11_SPSS_savMasterFiles. Aside the RAWDAA objects (video, track, path plot, and EthoVision files) provided by every study in the Szechtman Lab Collection, study Q48 deposit contains derived data for measures of compulsive checking and locomotion as well as files that document specifics of the study, as described in the README.txt file.
