<br>- Organism: All cell lines are derived from Human - Developmental Stage: All samples are at the maturation stage.- Genotype: All are from male (XY) individuals.- Sample Diversity:- Sample 1 represents normal B cells from blood with a specific antibody deficiency but normal immunoglobulin and B cell counts.- Samples 2, 3, and 4: SU-DHL4, CS-THL1, and DOGKIT are B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma cell lines from different anatomical sites (peritoneal cavity, lymphoid tissue, and EBV-negative Burkitt lymphoma, respectively).- Material Type: RNA extracted from each sample.- Library Preparation: All libraries are single-end, prepared via RT-PCR, with a transcriptomic strategy and first-strand synthesis.- Assay and Technology: Sequencing assays were performed for transcriptomic profiling.- Disease Context: Samples 2–4: Lymphoid system diseases, specifically B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas.<br>
