We performed the transcriptomic analysis of RNA-seq of ATMs generated from WT and TKO mice fed with regular chow diet or high fat diet. Overall design: ATMs from WT and TKO mice were fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) sorted and then were lysed. RNA was extracted, polyA enriched and prepared for sequencing libraries.
