Lacticaseibacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei BS2-PB5 was isolated from human breast milk in Indonesia. Samples were taken from 37-year-old participant who underwent a cesarean delivery, with the collection of breast milk three months after delivery. Furthermore, the participant did not take antibiotics before and after labor. During pregnancy, participants consumed a lot of vegetables, meat, and non-dairy milk.
