PURPOSE & SCOPE This document establishes the internal certification framework of the Aurora Commons Academy (ACA), a competency-based educational and research institution operating under the Commons Initiative. The protocol defines how technical competency, stewardship responsibility, and governance participation are recognized within the Commons ecosystem, independent of external accreditation bodies.
