Quantification of proteins in the endothelial cell-pericyte interface with and without treatment with 19,20-dihydroxydocosapentaenoic acid (19,20-DHDP)

Goal of the study was to identify (using proteomics) the consequences of the lipocine 19,20-DHDP on the proteins enriched in the junctions between endothelial cells and pericytes.
