Our results provide compelling evidence for the potential usefulness of specific serum miRNAs as an effective predictive tool of recurrence and prognostic in BTC patients with radical surgery. Overall design: Serum microRNA profiles of 66 samples from 22 BTC patients (recurrence group; 13, non-recurrence group; 9) who underwent radical surgery at three time points; before surgery, after surgery, recurrence or last observation period (in case of non-relapse).
