Dataset for Dynamic Surveillance and Genetic Evolution of Coronaviruses in Overwintering Black-Headed Gulls (Chroicocephalus ridibundus) in Yunnan Province, China

This dataset supports the article entitled "Dynamic Surveillance and Genetic Evolution of Coronaviruses in Overwintering Black-Headed Gulls (Chroicocephalus ridibundus) in Yunnan Province, China". The dataset contains sample information, BHG-CoV detection results based on RT-PCR and RT-qPCR, monthly prevalence data, viral load values, source data used to generate the figures, and sequence information for RdRp and whole-genome sequences. For total BHG-CoVs, samples positive for either BHG-GCoV or BHG-DCoV by RT-qPCR were counted as positive. Viral load data are provided as copies/μL and log10(copies/μL), where applicable. The dataset is intended to support reproducibility of the results, statistical analyses, and figures reported in the article.
