The entire developmental stages of Ciona ovarian follicles (Stage I to Stage IV) were fractionated using various particle-sized stainless-sieves. RNA-seq on each fraction leads to the comprehensive understanding of the molecular mechanism underlying the ovarian follicular development. Two biological replicates of five samples (Stage I early, Stage I late, Stage II, Stage III, and Stage IV) were analyzed.
