In the proposed experiment we will scan PI, PCL and PU/polyols spherulites grown in free thin films and on nanocalorimetric sensors. The samples on nanocalorimetric sensors will be studied during in-situ experiments, combining Xrays and nanocalorimetry with the heating rates from 1 to 60000 K/min
