本数据集仓库收录拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)不同发育阶段的免疫沉淀结合质谱(Immunoprecipitation followed by mass spectrometry,IP-MS)检测数据。本数据集仓库同时收录以5周龄拟南芥莲座叶的全组织组分(whole tissue,TF)或膜富集组分(membrane-enriched,MF)为样本获得的蛋白质组学与磷酸化蛋白质组学质谱(mass spectrometry,MS)检测数据。本研究所用拟南芥株系的相关说明。包含经Perseus软件通过学生t检验(Student's test)完成统计分析的数据,用于目标基因型与Col-0对照的差异比较。针对CRKs过表达株系与Col-0对照的蛋白质列表,按log₂折叠变化(Fold change,log₂)与错误发现率(False Discovery Rate,FDR)进行整理的分析数据。本研究使用的发育阶段编码:2W(2周龄)、4W(4周龄)、5W(5周龄)拟南芥植株。
