The lack of visible phenotypes of multiple dvl/rtfl mutants prompted us to compare the transcriptomic signatures of inflorescence apices of wildtype and mutant combinations (specifically dvl1 dvl8 dvl11 rtfl11 dvl19 and dvl8 dvl11 rtfl9 rtfl11 dvl19), as well as dvl1-D mutant, where DVL1 is overexpressed, and 35Spro:DVL8 line. Significant changes in gene expression were caused by the mutation of DVL genes in both quintuple mutant and overexpression backgrounds. Overall design: We collected whole inflorescences where the oldest flower was in anthesis in three independent biological replicates that were used for RNA sequencing. RNA was extracted and sequenced on Illumina Novaseq6000 Please note that the following samples were excluded from data processing as outliers: WT Col.0.4 DVL1.1D.4 35S.DVL8.2.4 dvl1.1 rtfl9.3 and therefore the 'DVL_selected.htseq-count.unstranded.tsv.rpkms.tsv' contains total 15 data columns.
