We measured the survival and reproductive output of <i>Musca</i> <i>vetustissima</i> under controlled conditions at five TST levels (increasing proportion of untreated dung pats: 0.00, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.00) and an ivermectin concentration of 125 ppb in treated pats.We set up the experiment in a controlled temperature room (28 ± 1 °C; 12:12 h LD; University of Western Australia, Perth) between December 2022 and March 2023, and repeated the experiment in seven temporal blocks. The experiment consisted of a one-way comparison of five increasing levels of TST (proportion of untreated dung pats: 0.00, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.00), with all treated dung pats having the same ivermectin concentration (125 ppb). Each temporal block included either one or two replicates of all five levels of TST (total replicates per temporal block was either 5 or 10) depending on the availability of F0 generation flies from the rearing colony.<br>
