This dataset focuses on the operational status of the SVAE versatic acid emulsion pilot industrialization plant, and covers all parameter indicators and product status during the pilot industrial preparation of vinyl versatate, vinyl acetate and ethylene copolymer emulsion. Collected data include: temperature, pressure, liquid level and discharge volume during the preparation process recorded by the Distributed Control System (DCS); emulsion solids content and conversion rate obtained via chemical analysis; emulsion particle size and particle size distribution measured by a laser particle size analyzer; and glass transition temperature of the emulsion recorded by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC). The pilot production scale has been verified. The total data volume is 27242 KB.
