This study aimed at determining the baseline microbial population of the mango fruit from flowering to ready-to-eat stages. This study will provide the primary baseline data on mango fungal and bacterial diversity and composition in fruit stems and stem-end pulp which can be used as a foundation in the development of effective disease (stem-end rot) management.
