SRµCT scan of a aposymbiotic <i>Bathymodiolus puteoserpentis</i> pediveliger. The mussel was sampled at the Semenov-2 vent field (13.513 N; 44.962 W) at 2446.5 m water depth in 2016. The mussel was fixed with 2.5% glutaraldehyde stored in PHEM-buffer. The sample was scanned at the DESY in Hamburg Germany.
