Mm_Apoe_E-MTAB-5280

This dataset was generated in an in vivo systems toxicology study where Apoe-/- mice were exposed to cigarette smoke or aerosols of a heat-not-burn platforms, THS 2.2, for up to eight months. The transcriptome (mRNAs) was characterized using Affymetrix GeneChip® Mouse Genome 430 2.0 Arrays. The full dataset is available from ArrayExpress under the identifier: E-MTAB-5280. This dataset is the normalized intensity values for each gene and each sample.
