Ordinal 15 Zero-Custody Disclosure Integrity Verification Packets

This dataset contains the hash-only, zero-custody verification packets associated with Ordinal 15: Proof-of-Unchanged Zero-Custody Audit Reproducibility Trial. The packets enable independent, deterministic verification of post-export disclosure integrity without access to raw evidence, filenames, paths, or execution environments.

The contents support a pre-registered falsification test comparing cryptographically frozen baseline evidence states with post-analysis, time-anchored datasets. Using these packets, third parties may reproduce QMSv5 Auditor comparisons to obtain either (i) proof-of-unchanged or (ii) explicit byte-level enumeration of divergence.

This release is intended solely for independent audit verification and reproducibility assessment and contains no clinical data, personal identifiers, or interpretive analysis.
