Description: The project aims to elucidate the chromatin structure for hormone therapy- resistance of estrogen receptor (ER) positive breast cancer by comparing Hi-C profile. LTED cells long term estrogen deprivation) derived from human ER positive breast cancer cell line, MCF7 cells and LTED-RES cells (LTED cells treated with resveratrol) were used. Hi-C analysis were performed in each cell.
