本数据集以我国北方典型的电子垃圾拆解地天津静海县子牙电子垃圾拆解地为研究区域,在2015年对子牙电子垃圾拆解地进行采样,在采样的土壤中筛取PBDEs降解菌WZN-1,于2016年进行不同Cd2+浓度条件下菌株的降解效果。数据包括:添加Cd2+浓度为0、10、100、500、1000ppb条件下BDE 47的降解率以及同步的菌量数据。数据集共有20条记录。

Based on the typical e-waste dismantling site in northern China—the Ziya e-waste dismantling site in Jinghai County, Tianjin—as the study area, this dataset was developed as follows: Soil samples were collected from this site in 2015, and the PBDEs-degrading strain WZN-1 was isolated from the sampled soils. The degradation performance of this strain under different Cd²+ concentrations was evaluated in 2016. The dataset includes the degradation rates of BDE 47 under spiked Cd²+ concentrations of 0, 10, 100, 500, and 1000 ppb, as well as the simultaneously measured bacterial biomass data. A total of 20 records are contained in this dataset.
