The data contains Illumina 450k/EPIC array methylation files from 18 patients with diffuse IDH wild-type glioma from the Heidelberg Neuro-Oncology center FFPE tissue from 18 patients with glioblastoma was analyzed with Illumina 450k methylation arrays. Note that this dataset contains only the samples that have not a classifier assignment to the GBM MES, GBM RTK I or GBM RTK II group (for the other samples see GSE122994)
