R code for the MyDiv project on multitrophic ecosystem functions in 2021

The R code was used to perform all statistical analyses for the Mydiv project on multitrophic ecosystem functions in 2021, and all these analyses were performed in the software R, version 4.0.2. The analyses covered in this R script include (1) effect size calculation (lnRR) and two-way ANOVA, (2) calculation of correlation matrices using the function of 'pearson' (package of 'corrplot'), (3) linear mixed-effects models (‘lmer’ from the package of lme4), and (4) structural equation models (SEMs) (package of piecewiseSEM).
