RNA sequencing analysis was used to identify changes in mouse breast cancer cells (4T1) after axitinib resistance and FACS isolation of SA-Ã-galHi (SM+) and SA-Ã-galLo (SM-) cells Overall design: Mouse breast cancer cells (4T1) resistant to axitinib were derived in vivo after continuous treatment with 100mg/kg/day axitinib from post-surgical lesions. Resistant cells were maintained in vitro with 0.5µM axitinib for more than 2 months. Resistant cells were stained for fluorescent SA-Ã-gal substrate C12FDG and fractioned into SA-Ã-galHi (SM+) and SA-Ã-galLo (SM-) populations
