资源简介:
The genus Asarum sect. Heterotropa (Aristolochiaceae) have experienced a rapid diversification into 62 species centered in Japan Archipelago and Taiwan, accounting about 50% of the diversity of the genus within the 10% of the total distribution range. Therefore, it would provide an ideal model to study the island adaptive radiation, although resolving phylogeny for this plant group using conventional approach has been challenging. To uncover the radiation history of the plant lineage, we employed a phylogenomic approach using double-digested RAD-seq (ddRAD-seq) to yield sufficient number of phylogenetic signals, and examined its utility over the conventional approach.
