Analysis of gene expression level. The hypothesis tested in the present study that ClSnRK2.3 negatively regulated watermelon fruit development and ripening. Overall design: mRNA profiles of wild type (WT) and ClSnRK2.3-OE lines (OE1 and OE2) at 10 DAP and 18 DAP were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina Novaseq 6000 (Citrullus lanalus).
