Atmospheric measurements from the Wave Gliders were collected by a Vaisala WXT520 weather sensor mounted on a 1.0 m vertical mast on the Wave Glider float. Wave spectra and bulk wave parameters were computed from GPS Doppler velocity signals. Atmospheric measurement from R/P FLIP were performed at two heights (8.3m and 14m), collected by Gill R3-50 sonic anemometers, Rotronic HC2A temperature and humidity probes, a LI-7500 Open Path CO2/H2O Analyzer, an Hemisphere V100 GPS and an array of laser wave-gauges.
