MeRIP sequencing of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) exposed to high fluid shear stress or static for 24h.

HUVECs were exposed to 15 dyn/cm^2 shear stress or kept static for 24 hours. Intact mRNA was isolated from total RNA and fragmented into 100-nucleotide-long fragments. Anti-N6-methyladenosine (m6A) antibody was used to immunoprecipitate m6A methylated mRNA fragments. A part of the fragmented mRNAs was kept as input. MeRIP sequencing was performed (n=2).
