Alignment and phylogenetic tree of section Habrostictis

ITS+LSU alignment and tree of section <i>Habrostictis</i> (<i>Orbilia</i>) including Orbilia multiserpentina. The phylogenetic tree was based on a Maximum Likelihood analysis from the combined ITS / LSU sequence alignment. Analyses were done on the Phylosuite v. 1.2.3 platform (Zhang et al. 2020). The alignment was performed with MAFFT v. 7 (Katoh &amp; Standley 2013) and manually checked and trimmed. The ML phylogenies were inferred using IQ-TREE 2 (Minh et al. 2020) under the model automatically selected by IQ-TREE for 5 000 ultrafast (Minh et al. 2013) bootstraps. Bootstrap support values and Bayesian posterior probabilities are given at the nodes. <i>Orbilia poitevinica </i>and <i>O</i>. <i>paravitalbae </i>were used as outgroup.
