CRBasic program for recording S-can Spectrolyser v3 and YSI EXO data on a CR1000X data logger

This resource contains a computer program written in CRBasic for the purpose of recording data from a Badger-Meter s-can spectrolyser V3 and a YSI-EXO sonde on a Campbell Scientific CR1000X or CR1000Xe data logger. For the spectrolyser V3, the instrument must be set to manual collection mode by the user using io:tools. The current program is written to record TOC, DOC, and NO3-N for the spectrolyser V3, and temperature, specific conductance, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, and pH for the YSI-EXO. These parameters can be changed to more or fewer in the program by the user. The program is currently set to record s-can spectrolyser V3,data at a 15-minute increment and YSI-EXO data at a 5-minute increment; these data collection frequencies can be changed in the program by the user. There is a metadata file output file for the spectrolyser V3 that the user may wish to exclude by commenting out. This program has been successfully deployed in CR1000X data loggers for data collection from these sensors at Baltimore Ecosystem Study field sites in Baltimore, MD, USA.
